Shelves and Product vanishing?

My game will freak out and not let me place anything on my shelves, most of my shelves vanish and all the product I had on all my shelves are completely gone, I don't know what's going on, can anyone help me? Is anyone else having this problem? I thought it was the mods so I removed them but it still happens, I even tried erasing everything and deleting and reinstalling the game, it still keeps happening.

i just logged in for the first time since the update and my whole store and stock room are completely empty.

I believe there was a conflict between the mods and the new update.
After deleting the mods, some things came back, but not everything.
I decided to start from the beginning again and not add any more mods that change plates, products, etc...so that this doesn't happen in new updates.

i really hope the dev will add the wooden crates that one of the mods have, i removed all mods and really miss having that wooden crate for toilet rolls and do not really want to add any mods now.
