Shop is empty

After the update just like everyone else my shop was empty so I removed all my mods and verified the files like someone on here suggested but no matter how many times i put furniture into my empty store and save the game when i come back in everything disappears but the money i spent is still gone. Please help.

My shop is empty as well. I pay money and have not been able to play. When are you going to have the items back, I even resetting my other account, but still empty! Not happy! My shop was full with all the product but the last license and not it disappear like not there. I had 4 cashier they are going all my product, shelf, backup items, all disappear since the up date. What is going on?

I am scared that since i saved i won’t get any of my stuff back the way they were pre update or even all the times i spent money to fill my shop again

Same happened to me. Started the game up without realizing it had updated to a newer version as I just wanted to play. I haven't tried restoring the game save files to a previous version, but I don't believe that will help. I guess that's what I get for using mods. :-p

My store is also empty. You can buy products in the store, but you can't buy self, so you can't operate it at all

That’s the thing i can buy stuff. Shelves, products etc but when i save and come off the game and then go back on it’s all gone again but the money i spent is also all gone

I have the same problem. I started over. I didn't have a cash register. And from outside you could see what was in the wall, whether it was a shelf or a cash register or something. I couldn't remove it and when I ordered goods I couldn't put them on the shelf rooms

im having the same problem too. after updating, all shelf and cash register all gone except my money is still there.any solutions?

Everyone who had mods installed had the problem. You just have to start from the beginning...and have fun

You guys using mods... is this your first time ever playing video games? Updates BREAK mods therefore you have to either remove ALL traces of mods (do an actual search for the mod names and delete every file and folder including App Data folders) and completely reinstall the game and start over OR wait till the mod creators update their mods.

Even without mods a game update this size is likely to break your current games and you should consider starting over anyways.

If you want to use mods then I suggest you make a copy of the game put it in a different folder other than steam and launch from desktop that way the game will not update unless YOU want it to. Otherwise you will be here every update complaining about the same thing.

I just had the same Issue without Updating the Game.
Installed some Mods, got into the game, Store Empty with just a freezer half inside the Store and nothing else.


My Solution: I closed my Game went back to the Mods folder and i Deleted the most recent Mod i had added to the game, for me it was the Freezer Mod that adds more Space in Freezers, that Mod Broke my Game initially.
After Removing the Mod and Opening the Game again, everything was back to how i left it.
