How to rename store

I’ve tried clicking everything I can think of but still can’t figure out how to change the name

Go to the computer, click management > customisation - It's all in there

Go to the computer in-game, "Management", "Customization", then it's the first point. You need a store level 10 (IIRC) to access Customization, and renaming costs 250 credits.

I have store level 11 and I still can't see any options under customization. Do I need to finish the tasks the game sets or something else?
