Incorrect cash checkout error?
When checking out customers, a lot of the time they are giving less money than their total and there's no way to fix it unless closing the till so they go to one of the other staffed checkouts. It's really annoying when trying to do all the sales to unlock the last checkout staff. Please try and patch this, thank you.

Have you noticed this happen with certain prodcuts they've purchased? I haven't seen underpayment, and genuinely curious if it's attached to a specific product.

This is usually happens, when the player uses autoclicker to go too quick, and some items not register for payment at the customer side, only on the cashier side. Use your own clicking speed to process the items, and problem will disappear.

I haven't noticed if it's attached to any particular item but will keep a look out, hard to tell as they're usually quite large orders.

I don't use any auto clicker, I wouldn't even know how to. But I have noticed that the mouse often double clicks without me pressing it to. for example. I'll put down a box then it instantly picks it back up. has anyone else had this problem? Is it possible it's more a problem with my mouse?
thanks,

thanks,

Yes. I have had numerous mice over the years do this. There are 2 causes to double clicking: 1, under the left and right click buttons is a gap that collects dirt/hair/etc. and causes issues with the mechanics of the main button underneath, or 2, the mouse is old and worn and the button under the left and right click no longer register and reset properly. TLDR - Clean/replace your mouse :)
