When i start the day its just skips to night
This has happend to me 3 times and after i restock and i go to press the open store sign and it just skips to 9pm, WHY??
just to clarify i take a while to open and restock because i want it to be perfect so after like 5 min of restocking i press the sing and it skips to 9pm please help

It's happened to me too, but usually cause i left the game during opening hours. It may be caused by something else though, just sharing my own experience.

Do you have any mod related to time or anything like that? I've heard that a mod like this was causing this type of issue.

No i dont i just have portable scanner
