Honestly its the opposite. Usually a early access game launches at a certain price point depending on the amount of content it has (from what I've seen) Then once more updates come and 1.0 is ready, it'll increase in price. That being said I've seen one game that rushed its 1.0 launch and dramatically increase the game price.
