Icons in the Storage

Hello, can someone help me please? When I put a box into my storage there isnt a sign on that storage shelf, so my worker cant work because there isnt this icon.

Can you show picture of the box Top Just to make sure the box have products in it
because If you don't see a pictures of the product on the top of the box that's me the box do not contain product That's why you don't have label on the rack of the storage

Make sure that when you have your box in your hands, you just click the empty spot on the storage rack to put it in storage. If you use the buttons that you would to drop or throw, it won't count as placing it on the rack. The tags won't show and the restockers won't work it.
