I’ve been playing the game for over 6 hours and I had found some bugs that kept reoccurring.
1. Customers come up to the big fridge and just keep walking towards it left and right without ever going to checkout. Sometimes it’s one customer, sometimes it’s plenty and sometimes it doesn’t happen at all. I found that either ending the day or reloading the game fixes it.
2. I have two registers (one with a cashier and one empty) so when too many people stand in line for one register I will close that register for a second so the people come to the other one and sometimes when I do it the customer that was standing first in line will bug and just stand there forever with the bag on the counter. The cashier will not cash them out even if the register is open. Some of the customers standing more towards the end of the line will also bug when I do this, but they’re just standing in the middle of the room for eternity. Finishing the day will also fix this bug.
These are not major bugs (especially because they’re easy to fix) but they are pretty frequent. I’m just writing this post for the authors of the game to let them know.
Btw I love this game a lot and can’t wait for the full version <33

I have exactly the same bug, 1)customers get stuck to a shelve without taking anything.
I have only one register so far, but I'm gonna test it also.

same here, its a pretty game breaking bug :(

I have the same issue with the customers getting hung walking back and forth without taking anything off the shelf. In my case, however, it is when something is out of stock. If I replenish it, they will usually pick up the item they are trying to find then move on. It doesn't always work but, in most cases, it does.

That is so interesting, it totally makes sense with the out of stock products. I haven’t payed attention if it was happening when the shelves were empty for me but I definitely will now

recently the customers have been shopping outside the store, they're doing the animation as if they're grabbing off a shelf, but it's outside through the front window. i restarted the game multiple times but it's still happening.

I was having the same issue and it evolved into customers standing in the warehouse, but counting as standing at the register - all their items are there. I can ring up their items but I am unable to take their card or cash because they're all the way in the warehouse. It's effectively softlocked me from continuing the game.

I have same bugs . When it will get resolved? If the developer of this game has intension of only earning money by launching error games like this, then we should look into this matter of buying games from steam from now onwards. It's quite disgusting. Worst game ever. I would recommend everyone not to buy this game ever. So unsatisfactory performance.

There is also a bug after you pay off a loan, there is still a box that says "Pay off loan early", even after you've fully paid the loan. I needed another loan, and when I went to adjust the days to pay off, I accidentally clicked the "pay early" bugged button. So basically I threw away $2000 FOR NOTHING. ): I've only tried the $2000 loan, so I'm unaware if this bug happens with the other two options as well. Please fix that, because loans are actually helpful and a welcomed addition to the game, but it definitely needs some tweaking.

All the bugs really are annoying but keep in mind that it’s an early access game right now. We kind of agree to encounter bugs when we buy the game, but I get why someone would still get annoyed by it. It is annoying.

No, because there are many other threads about this bug report, if I make one, the crazy search guy will get mad and yell "search, search" again. There's no need to add fuel to the fire.

and now you have me telling you that this is better posted in the bugs thread then in the general discussion thread
