AUTOMATION & MANUAL Giving the player choice in the gameplay
Automation should be offered as an option for those who desire it. For those who prefer to manually fill the shelves, it should also be offered as an option. Not everyone enjoys the same experience from the game. Some may enjoy doing, while others may enjoy managing

With the new customer update I am filling shelves, ordering and checkout. I have 4 replenishers. We still have a choice at the moment as we either hire or we don't.

The game turns into a shelf stacking simulator after a while. there are those who like it and those who don't. that's why there should be an option to adjust it to everyone's preferences.

Its early days yet there is a lot more planned for the player to manage in future updates.

If there where a way to interact with restockers and cashiers, fx. an option that say "take a break" or "go home for today", instead of fire and hire everytime you feel the need to manage your self or let them do it. Then we can choose the action we need at the moment.
The restockers are already planned to take deliveries into the storage room and put them onto the racks.
And you can already choose to hire the automation or not.

What you are saying is a little "twisting" of the truth. What you call hiring employees is stockers waiting outside. Just moving product from the storage to the shelves. As the market grows, it gets completely messy. It takes 30-40-50 minutes to organize the shelves and 10 minutes to finish the day. It feels very annoying. Therefore, in order to give joy to every player, there should be options that allow for different gameplay options. And if you enjoy the game, you might think that my purpose in writing this is based on enjoying the game.

For restockers, I hope these options :
- Do not refill (when rearranging the shelves)
- Refill at 75% (default)
- Refill everything (slow)
- Refill if you can empty a box
- Put boxes in the racks

If you don't mind modded gameplay there are mods that do all of these things on nexus mods. I use 8 or so QoL mods that give planned features not yet in the game. One of them has the stockers stock everything overnight so shelves are full after end of day. Also theres one that pauses restockers with a button press so you dont have to fire them to get reorganizing done.

It's annoying that Developper prioritizes the wrong updates. İ don't want to use mods. Thats why its become annoying.

Oh ya that's totally fair. I held out on mods for a bit but became annoyed at how tedious certain things would be or how long things like restocking would take before being able to start the next day. Hopefully dev will look at the most popular mods people are using atm and implement many of the QoL features they bring.

I know many are planned already though so we'll just have to wait. I'll likely be dropping mods as they become available in game since I specifically only use QoL stuff and nothing "cheaty" per se. Only one guy so I'm sure it's tough doing all the coding and testing and such alone while trying to meet the demands of an impatient community lol.

What I don't understand is that while mods can come out so fast, it is really " MEANINGLESS" that the developer does not prioritize this and focuses on other things.
