We need more Options when redesigning the Layout
Currently there are a few Problems when you decide to change your Layout, either the Items on Shelves (for example to unite all the Sugar, unite all the Noodles/Rice, etc.) or place entire Shelves elsewhere

1. You need to hope the Item Box lets itself be placed on the Floor once you empty it out for redesign. If it doesnt youre forced to deal with Point 2
1.2. You need a (preferably empty) Box to begin with.
2. You usually have to outrun the Stocker so he doesnt fill up the Shelve/Fridge Part you just tried to empty out or place elsewhere before you can rip off the Tag. Especially hard to do when its late in the morning and the Rest of the Shop is already done and dusted for the Workday
2.2. You cant "pause" Stockers. Normally you would not want them to stay idle so they obviously should be working by Default but when youre redesigning Shelves it would be a Godsend
3. Now that I think about it you also cant mark Items to not get refilled. Some might welcome such a Option
4. You cant undo/cancel the furnitue movement. When it doesnt fit elsewhere you need to squeeze it back in place by moving the entire area especially when the hitboxes overlaid
5. You cant "click" Furnitue togehter smoothly without tip-toeing constantly and even then it sometimes requires a bit of Luck
6. No grid or similar visual help on the Floor and Ceiling when placing Stuff. You have to rely on the Floorboards when trying to place furnitue neatly and constantly tip-toe around with the Lights. At best youre double checking constantly. At worst you have uneven lights and furnitue everywhere
6.2 All of this is made harder since you cant undoe movement
7. New Items dont show what they belong in prior to purchasing the Licence so you cant plan prior, only guess. I dont know if this is supposed to be some sort of small Difficulty activly build in thought

I know a few of those are already on the "To-do" List but I thought ill write out my Thoughts completly anyway. Greatly enjoyed the Game so far even if there is a lackluster Endgame
