My Guide for SuperMarket Simulator:

Hello,
After watching a bunch of streamers playing this game I thought a nice guide and tips post would be nice to help other players get started and run their own SuperMarket.

Lets gets started, shall we.

1) Starting out.

You start with a small area, limited money, and 1 PC in the corner to pay bills, expand and order product. So first order a basic set of product on the PC in the Market tab. Currently, the delivered product will show up on the sidewalk. Once you order yer product you can place it on the shelves. Left click while holding a box will open the box, target yer shelf location and left click again to place. When you place the product on the shelf a price tag shows up. So after Placing yer product always remember to set the price otherwise you wont make any money and the customers basically get it for free.
Now that you placed yer product, Click on the price tag. There will be a Market Value price showing on the tag. It is up to YOU to decide what price to charge. Just remember if you go below Market Value you make less or no money and the Higher you set the price the more customers will complain and no buy the product. I did some testing and i generally set my prices on all my product at $0.20 cents above Market Value. At this price I still sell the product with very little or no complaints.

2) Loans:

On the PC there is a Bank section. This is so you can take out loans. Currently there are 3 types of loans. $750, $2000 and $5000. They will unlock as yer store level goes up. When Deciding to take a loan their will be a slider in each loan window that allows you to Decide yer payment.. slide it to the left to increase payment and pay off loan quicker or slide it to the right to have a lower payment but will take longer to pay back and get charged more interest. It is up to you to decide if you want to take a loan.

3) Growth and Expansion:

On the PC there is a Management Tab. In this tab there is the following when deciding to increase yer store as you gain Store Skill level and money.

A) Licenses: This Tab is where you go to purchase Licenses to be able to sell more types of Product. As your Store Level goes up more Licenses will become available..

B) Bills:
Here is where you pay your Bills. There will be "Bill and Rent" you can manually Pay each one daily or wait 3 days to pay. The Bigger your store the higher your bills and rent will be. If you expand to big to quick you might struggle paying the bills.

C) Growth:

Here is where you expand the size of your store. If you are standing outside facing the store it expands from right to left. so when you go to purchase your first growth expansion a small 4x4 room opens to the left of the Window on the inside.

D) Hiring / Employees:

At first you will be required to run a Register. There are requirements for unlocking employees. You will need to be Store Level 10 and Run the cash register for 200 customers to unlock the first employee.

E) Storage:
This Tab is Currently Under Construction and will be updated at a later date. However, Next Door is a Storage Room you can Unlock and use for $1000

F) Customization:

Same as Storage, This tab is under Construction.

4) You're First Employee:

at store level 10 and 200 customers you serve the Ability to Hire you're first Employee unlocks. When you go to the PC and click Hire the New worker automatically shows up at the Cash Register. In My Opinion he is slow and looks grumpy. All the Employees currently are identical in looks.

5) Running a Register:

You Start out having to run the register. Even after you hire your first worker you can go to the Furniture Tab and Buy another register for you to run as well. NOTE: At the moment you can select yer Register to pick it up Press C and it will box the register back up so you can run stock shelves. Only do the boxing back up after you hire yer first worker.


6) Market:

Here you will find 2 sections. Products and Furniture.
A) Products, As you Unlock Licenses your purchasable products will show up here. Some of the Products prices will change daily. Check this tab for little red and green arrows indicating whether a price goes up or down. So if there is a price change arrow on Rice. go to the shelf with the rice. select the price tag and adjust the price to your pleasure.

B) Furniture, As you expand the size of your store and unlock more licenses you will need more shelf's, fridges etc. You can also buy Lights here to add to the ceiling so your store is not so dark.


Closing Tips:
It Will be up to each player how they want their store to look. This means you may want to Move Product around.So, i recommend keeping 1 empty box of each size so you can move and adjust the locations of your Products.
The Store hours are from 8am until 9pm. At 9pm you can not order anything from the market. When you are first starting out its not to bad to order and stock durring the day. However as I found out the more product the busier you get and you just cant keep up. So I now stock the shelves in the morning BEFORE i open daily. if a product runs out, it will be out until the next morning. Also Remember to check for price changes on the PC and pay your Bills and rent.
You can grab a empty box the product came in, highlight the product on the shelf and right click. This will place the product back into the box allowing you to relocate it.
Lastly The C button is your friend while stocking and moving product. left click to open a box and press C to close it. If there is no icon on the box when you close it, then its empty and can be discarded.

Nvm I found how to do it myself, i just held the fridge like you do when moving it and then pressed c to move it and then put it in the bin
