Bug - cashier won't check out

I'm on Level 17 and experienced a bug. When I open the store, the customers line up with their items but the cashier does not check anyone out. Re-loaded and same issue. I didn't move the checkout counter or anything from the prior day, so I'm not sure what the issue is. Can the devs pls look into? Thanks :)

I had this happen and I just boxed up the cash register and then unboxed it and he started checking people out again.
