Time passes too fast
While playing i quickly realised just How Fast time passes in the game and how hectic everything gets due to that. You gotta cram a certain amount of customers in there to keep it balanced but that way it turns into a Stress Simulator imo.
I really like in the game that i Could do everything myself but with so many customers coming in at once that just isn't possible anymore after a few in game days so in actually i can not run the supermarket how I would want to, I have to do it the way the game wants me to.
It would be cool if there were like... options or something when you start a new game for how the time passes in game (but same customer numbers per day as usual, which spaces them further out) which then makes it either more hectic or more relaxed.
Maybe there are some more people like me who would prefer a more slow-paced approach.

Try to fill all the shelves BEFORE you open the Supermarket. Time will be 8 until you open.

yes, I too was thinking about this. the speed plus the number of shelves that empty quickly makes the game stressful instead of it being supposed to be fun, I really liked this game because as a concept it is among the first games that thought about letting the player interacts with the cash register and manages it a bit like in real life and for this reason I bought this game to interact with the cash register and have fun

Exactly! I know that time doesn't pass until i open the shop but stocking like three shelves with a single product just so it won't run out and then do that for about 14 products and then open shop and hope for the best is not what i want from a game like this.
I want to feel like I have control in the game, not the game having control over me.
I really really like it but I'm at lvl 15 and its just too hectic for me so I'll now wait and hope it will be balanced. It's a supermarket simulation. The shelves are stocked During opening hours irl. I want it to work like a real supermarket or else it's not a simulation. It feels more like an arcade game to me as of now.
There are enough games about "get rich and become an xyz tycoon" so having one that apparently aims for the more mundane things is refreshing.

Anyway here are some ideas how it could be balanced:
- Slower time passing with the same amount of customers as usual
- Customer fluctuations. Some days are slow, some days are crowded.
- Customers not being able to buy like 5 bottles of oil or whatever at once. Maybe dial it back to having them buy 1-2 of each item.
- Again, slower time passing. Having 5 customers waltz in at once with time going at the breakneck speed we currently have is crazy stressful
- Customers buying fewer items overall.
- Seperating lvl of the store with the amount of customers

Someone said that you should restock before the day starts and that's the best advice. May I had that, after reaching a certain level, you will be able to run 2 days without restocking between them. 0 missing items at the end. Having multiple shelves with the same item will definitely make your life easier. I'm at a point where I don't build stocks on the sidewalk anymore, I just order and put on shelves before opening the store. ☺️

This is usual only a low level issue. As you get more and more different stuff onto your shelfs, it will be less stressful as stuff will stay for longer time. Many things is this game become less stressful with time, as you have more stuff and a cashier to deal with some of it. I think that time and how fast a day passes is set perfect regarding your income and the amount of time it takes for stuff to be sold out when using 2 boxex of each thing on your shelfs etc.

Same here, I`m glad the Time runs fast , that is not normal that the Customers make my Shop so fast Empty LOL.( Sit Back, drink a Coffee and enjoy the Show LOL) Spent more Time at 8am and after the Shop is closed ;)
Can me not imagine whats on higher Level with more Products. (Level 28 at the Moment ~42 Customers per Day, all Happy :D)

Want only 24hr Delivery Service, that would be better

Defently the Time is running too fast. Best is to give us a Slider in the Settings to change the running Day Time for our self.
I mostly let my restockers fill the shelves before I hit end the day then in the morning I go buy what I need and while they are putting stuff on the stock room shelves I am going through the pricing and bills by that time they are done so I open , it runs pretty smooth that way :)
