Help with filling the shelves
firstly let me start by saying... this game is BRILLIANT :-) job well done i am addicted
Can we please eventually get some sort of help with filling the shelves. my shop is growing, it can take me up to 30 mins in real time to fill all my shelves back up again but then when the shop opens you get about 5 mins real time and the customers have emptied most of the shelves again. the time spent filling the shelves is unbalanced for 5 mins of the shop been open. maybe an option to auto fill the shelves when the stock drops outside or some staff that will put it out with you.
Keep up the good work cant wait for more updates to be added

i would love the option to have my staff do it for me (as long as i have the items stocked up) they can put it on shelves.
It's also what's happening in real life isn't it ? we hire staff to do it, and that way we get rich xD

Staff prices can go up depending on what they do and how much they do ofc.
Im currently at licence 4, and it feels more like a restocking simulator as a supermarket sim at the moment xD

I'm frustrated because I wanted to play the cash register and it only gives me the option of hiring someone to work the cash register :(
I would like to hire someone to help with the shelves! They could choose where to put their employees.

+1 It would be awesome to get staff to help with restocking, at least during normal business hours. I get that its a more complex feature to implement than a person at the register, but I still think it would be worth the effort.

raise your prices a little. You will lose some sales to people crying about the price, but you will make it back with the extra profit from the increased price. Best of all, less products moved mess less restocking to do. The key is to find the sweet spot where not everyone buys but enough still do.

whats your price range increase from the average? i usually do .20 in most item and 1 dollar on some items that are huge. been trying to search for the threshold on max price from average.

I price everything on the dollar. >.50 gets rounded up to the next dollar, <.50 gets set to the lowest closest dollar, from market prices.

Yeah, I'm only on item license 2 and it's just constant restocking at this point. Hired a cashier, but christ, man, I feel like I'm constantly out of money lol

Pretty sure it is percentage based. If I jump my pop by .50, then everyone complains and no one buys it, but if I raise my kegs by $3.00 over market no one says a thing. So you can get away with more based on how high it is normally.

In my case I just adjust based on how much I have to restock each day. If I am having to buy more every day on an item, then I will raise it a bit and see what happens. If nobody is buying something for a few days and they are complaining about it, I drop it a bit.

For example Compte cheese. At rounded up to the nearest 0.50 over market, it would sell out all the time. So now I do up to the next dollar and it still sells but not that much. I could adjust it better, but I hate running the till and giving change with wonky numbers. Once I complete the 1750 checkouts, I will put better numbers since I won't have to deal with it.
