Can't hire restocker

Hi,
I cannot hire any restocker because I need to buy a shelf which I did already. I this a bug or am I doing something wrong here? Thanks

Make sure that you have put one of the wire shelves into the storage room, not a regular shelf.

Try saving, then quitting to Menu. then go back to the Game. This fixed some bugs for me.

I can hire him, but he just brings the box to the shelf and just bugs out with a never ending loop

I had the same issue they get stuck on stocking something that i moved the day before. i solved the issue when i filled the shelf item on new shelf and quit game and reloaded game to new save.. might help ya not sure but it helps me.
