Its planned i guess but not in the game right now

Yes there will be shoplifters, CCTV cameras to monitor the store from the front, etc. It is not in the game yet but planned.

I think the Dev put a little hold on implementing this mechanic too quickly. people started to cry and moan about how "unplayable" the simulator would be if this was added.
