Question about the storage shelves

For some reason, I can't use the black storage shelves I try to put the boxes onto it but it won't let me. I don't know if that is a bug or if I am doing something wrong.

storage shelves can only be put into the storage

Need to be put in storage and boxes need to be closed to store, hope that helps

The boxes were closed and the storage shelves are in the storage room. :( Maybe it's just a bug on my end.

you need get close to shelf and mouse left click (default key) to place the box. at first I tried to use "g" to put the boxes, like you put them on the ground.

use left click instead of trying to place boxes with G. I was having the same issue and didn't even realize you click the storage racks the same way you place product on the store shelves.

i have the same problem try closed boxes open boxes move the rack to diffrend place nothing works
i by the rack today

ya'll keep posting when the answer has been provided twice - don't place with G, just left click when you're looking at the rack :)
