Not Let Me start or continue a new game

Dont know whats happen but the game does not let me start a new game, or continue my savegame.
Any advices?

Don't know if it's the same problem I was having, my game would not start or continue I'd click the button and could hear the sounds but there was a blank screen, I eventually went into the graphics settings and changed them.took a while but eventually I found one that unblocked the screen
