Upgrading your cashiers speed?

Being able to "pay" for training for your cashier to upgrade the speed they process items would be cool. (nothing crazy with the speed just quicker)

My Cashier had 2 Customer and then i fired him immediately. I keep it a Family Business for now

Yes, love the game but as soon as I hired my first cashier it all went a bit wrong. The queues grew ridiculously long which I never had when I was checking people out myself, really need a way of increasing their speed as said by many here. Can anyone please tell me is there a way to get a second checkout desk that I could jump on myself when the need arises? Thanks.

It would boost the immersion if the employees would have hidden values, somthing like: speed, mistake rate, punktuality.
You have to have an eye on your employees to find out if you've got a good one or not.

Cashier speed gets less important once you have multiple of them and with the restocker update coming out hopefully this weekend. You + your cashier can man the checkouts till you unlock the 2nd cashier.

Also ich hab aktuell 948 abgeschlossene Einkäufe. Ich vermute es zählen nur die Verkäufe die man selbst durchführt. Hatte kurz beobachtet ob die Zahl höher geht als die beiden Kassierer die ich hab abkassiert haben, aber da blieb es bei den 948.

ja es zählen nur einkäufe die man selber an der kasse gemacht hat um den nächsten kassierer freizuschalten, nicht von den npc selber, wäre ja zu einfach xd

cool wäre wenn kassiere ab eine gewisse anzahl vk jeweils um 1% schneller werden das es automatischer upgrade wird bis zu 100% oder per upgrade maybe 10 oder 20 upgrades jeweils 10& odder 5% schneller werden maybe
