What is it that actually earns the experience? is it shelf stacking? serving? profit? ordering? A mixture? I am desperate to get off the cash register and employ a 2nd cashier so that me, as the owner can be a full time shelf stacker lol. Honestly love this game, but I feel like I RL work all day then come home to relax and work all night haha

Before you hit lvl 20 and you buy all licenses, you need like +4 employees and the game only allow you 2.

So you (the player) must work as 3 persons :D

So my tip, DON't buy product licenses just expand the shop but stay with 2-3 licenses.
