Here it would be good to know what kind of PC you have, a good PC is not always good. Processor, graphics card, hard disk, RAM.
I play it on an I9 9900K and a 4070 TI and a Samsung 990 PRO NVMe and Crucial Pro DDR4 RAM 32GB
The store is already really big and everything is nice and smooth.

If you're looking for a detailed review of the following solutions, I acquired most information through this blog post:

I Hope this is of assistance!
When it comes to this game, I dip in FPS. It really dips when I turn on the lights and expand the store.
If I stand still the game easily does 120+ fps but move the camera around or worse -- open the store and there'll be so much choppiness even Iron Chef would be impressed.
It's probably the resold assets instead of optimising the game properly from scratch, or not compressing the textures, however I'm not a developer so I've no idea.
I just want to be able to play the game -- I have it set to low on a resolution from 2005 and it's still horrendous.
