This developer has a ton of work for the normal game, to implement requested features and fixing bugs.
But, to implement a Multiplayer, is a complete own thing. Its like to make another game for this game and you need knowledge about net coding.
I dont think, that this game will get a Multiplayer (co-op or competitive, it doesnt matter, the difficulty to implement is similar). IF this game will get one, then this will need some years.
Agreed, Co-Op would kill the game as this stage, there is not enough going on in the game to warrant having multiple people in one session , and to add that would take the game way off track of what it is ..a solo laid back chill little game to kill a couple hours in while relaxing
right now for me playing solo, I am at level 62 and 160 ish store days, with 108 ish unique items, and with all the cashiers and all the stockers working full time, It takes me about 15 to 20 minutes real time to order daily supplies, put them on the storage shelves and thats all I do.. 20 minutes of "playing".. let store run for the day, 20 mins. of "playing"..let store run, etcc.. adding a 2nd player for what? to remove one stocker and let my friend stock for 20 mins. ? It just isnt that in depth of a game to need multiplayer
I think it would be fun to run competing grocery markets. Who takes in more cash by a certain day #.
