Hello, how are you? I'm writing to you because I'm having problems with the game, yesterday I downloaded it and I was able to play it without problem, but today I tried to enter the game and it loads the main screen where it says "New game" or "Continue" but when I press either of the two options it doesn't do anything, the game never starts. If I press setting or remove it does work, but the other two options it's like it doesn't do anything.
You already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but it worked. I'm waiting for a response from you to provide me with some solution. Thank you!

it happened to me too. bought the game yesterday, and I can't play it,, new game and continue button didn't do anything.

The dev answered in another thread about the same issue.
He said, that the save file is corrupted, by an crash of the game or closing it with alt+f4.

His solution is:

Hi, your save file seems corrupted. You can start a new game once you delete the file below:

Appdata>LocalLow>Nokta Games>Supermarket Simulator.

You can easily go to the Appdata folder by pressing Windows+R and entering "Appdata".

ok, I solved the problem by deleting the save file. starting everything from the beginning but with the resolution property at a minimum. the graphics do not change. let me know..
To locate this file, you can access the following location :
C:\Users\Username\AppData\LocalLow\Nokta Games\Supermarket Simulator\SaveFile.es3

Usually when I am playing the game it works. But I tried to change the amount of money and put true for purchased but for some reason when I changed those two things and possibly for the cashier it did not want to look anymore even for continuing. Did not want to work after I had to start a new one. Even this starting a new one didn't work

Tambem estou com o mesmo problema. Tenho que desligar na tomada o pc. Ryzen 9 5900x, 32 GB Ram, 1080TI. Ja reparei, reinstalei e o problema persiste
