moving super slowly ( lag )

i have just reached store level 9 and i cant move anywhere fast as i am going in super slow slug speed but can jump and look around as normal ( bug fix that needs fixing ) f.y.i i tried restarting the game and restarting my pc but didnt work
what do i do

Just hit that myself everything in slow mode with skipping, looking around is normal level 52

Try lowering your monitor refresh rate to 60hz. Thats what I had to do with a 240hz monitor to stop it

If you have a controller connected try disconnecting it. I had something similar that I thought was lag, but disconnecting my controller fix my issue.
