Anyone else having issues with shoppers walking up to a shelf or cold item and just walking back and forth and not picking anything up? Then another shopper comes and gets stuck walking back and forth with the shopper that was first stuck. I just had like 12 shoppers walking back and forth from shelf to shelf not picking anything up. i was forced to end the day so they go away.

Yeah I've witnessed it a few times. This instance of the AI losing track of what it's goal is isn't a huge deal, except when it happens to your stockers; they'll grind your business to a halt if it happens early in the day or you leave for 10min at night to let them restock and they only get half done because they got stuck.

My stocker is stuck in the same place for days in-game. I ended up getting so frustrated I stopped playing. I hope this gets fixed soon or I am going to run out of interest.... lol

I literally fired and rehired mine so many times

Manually stock what they are trying to replace. This happens with shoppers too. I fully stock the entire shelf/cooler and it seems to work

This is still ongoing and is extremely annoying, they litterally take the stock without paying and when you end the day its just a loss of money....

it seems to be due to how they code the placement of items as i see them. This happens when you have tried to move product(s) to another shelf space, and the restocker will go to the old placement as the placement is not updated as it should be. Therefore the restocker and customer will get stuck because they are supposed to take/stock, lets say, oil, but the item at that shelf has already been substituted by cereals, causing a conflict. Saving and restart from the game title can fix it temporarily

I don't know what makes the difference, but some people do that and some don't. When other people take the item and the item they were looking for is gone, they give up and line up at the register. If they don't come, there's no choice but to give up.
