stockers not working they just stand there

so i hired a stocker to do the annoying part for me and it just stands outside doing nothing i tried firing and re hiring i tried putting everything on the rack and still nothing

The Boxes need to be on the racks, and the shelves need to a few items missing.

Start you day and see what he does.

i tried that i started a new day put stuff on the racks and waited for my shelves to empty still nothing

I have this issue with one of my three restockers. Done firing and hiring.. it is always the first one I hire that stands still not doing anything. Just started happing this week

what works for me is one of 2 things. open the store and as soon as the customers start shopping, the restockers begin to move. also, I find that saving the game, then exiting to menu and reentering will almost always fix any bugs.

Did you just 'G' drop the boxes on the storage shelves, or did you left click place the box on the shelf. This is what i did, and caused him to just stand there.
