It takes to much time to look for every product and see if that is in the shelf.
The way I do it is just basically buy one of everything.. keep it in the stock room.. I pretty much replenish 2/3 of my store every day.. and just keep an eye on thins selling.
Currently, I've probably 200 boxes of products in my storage. by example for salt I've 18 boxes. for potatoes I've 8 boxes and so on. And everyday, It cost me 2000 just to replenish. But it also raised the number of customers. I first had only 2 boxes of each product, more for potatoes, chicken, toilet paper and so on. But sometimes I had not enough stock to have my store shelves always full so I decided to hold more stock and it raised the number of customers I receive everyday. It went from 43 to 55 just by filling my storage with more stock
