I don’t know about best license to get.
But I only have I think 2-3 license I regret the toilet paper license. Less product better cuz you can keep things stocked and still make money.

But I am curious if there is a license that’s better to get for profit. Cuz I’m not buying any besides the ones I have. I just want to get the book license for fun.

sushi and meat sells really well, as well as the alcohol! Anything that can be set as expensive sells well! Cheese doesnt sell or sells well for that low price! So the cleaner stuff, bleach etc and such does do well!

I'm not sure if there's a best license, but I have a level 25 store, and I own all licenses to that point. I've done some testing and you can charge about 5% over market value for every item to help make a little extra profit, which adds up over time. I'm still testing this however. I usually sell a lot of toilet paper in my store and it's good profit margin for me, you would just need more shelves to hold more product which is what I did and haven't had any issues. Also noticed that product selling is random I think. Like one day I'll sell out of cheese multiple times and the next day sell like 1 for example. I'm not sure if it's because it's a cheap item or not, but I have noticed home goods, like cleaners, and bleach, sells well typically. Game is a bit of a grind but it's a lot of fun! Just keep working at it and experiment and you'll have your expansions in no time!

I paid 11.000 for my newest expansion of the store. I think its a big jump to 165.000 for the next expansion.

Toilet paper needs 2 full shelves just for itself

Have another look. I just purchased the 11,000 expansion recently. The next one is 16,500.

Thank you. I didn't see it right. But in my point of view it should look like this 16.500,00 (It would be easier to see) :-)

If you want to make your profit on products you have to sell most of the items off the shelf. Quick example; Pepper : $105.28 @ 16 units = $6.58 per unit, sell at $9.50 per unit having you need to sell 11 of the 16 before you start making money. Another example is large sushi, $134.48 @ 8 units = $16.81; sell @ $24.00 per unit having you sell 6 of 8 before profit is made. This varies between products like Panazti Pasta being a cheaper products meaning you only need to sell 3 of the 8 before you make profit. It would be nice if some kind of budget screen was available on the PC so we could check things like this.
Hope this helps anyone struggling with making a nice profit.
