-Plays a game about capitalism.

-Does not grasp the most basic parts of capitalism.

Honestly, this is not that ridiculous of a question, with today's market being flooded with free to play games that cash in on DLC and in-game purchases. This is why I would hope the game is a flat rate and updates are free. While a fleshed out story line and new neighborhood could entice me to drop another 5 to 20 on DLC.
That being said, this demo version is already a great free version to the game, maybe after release they can update this one a bit more to entice people to buy the full version when they can. (I've done it on other games, its not a far out there concept is all I'm trying to get at).

TLDR- It looks like the full version will cost money, but it would be pretty sweet if they expanded the demo to include a bit more before someone decides to buy the full version.
