[FIXED] Camera issue, keeps moving up after update

[SARS]

I'm in the tutorial, inside the casket and the player first person camera keeps moving up as if I'm moving my mouse up. After I kick and get out of the casket the camera just keeps going up on the Y axis.
I messed around with my options, restarted the game a couple of times from new game, but can't fix the issue.
EDIT1: Can fix this by alt-tabbing but then the issue comes back randomly. Doesn't seems to be affected by movement
FIXED: Issue was with an arcade stick controller I have plugged in. Removed the binds for Joystick look up/down etc. and the issue was fixed.
