Anyone else's experience better wired than wireless?

I'm on Quest 3 and I've ran the game through Rift link (wired), virtual desktop, steam link, and air link, and Rift or wired is the only option that doesn't give me hiccups and stutters. Is anyone else in the same boat?

I have a dedicated wifi 6 network specifically for VR with the wired access point less than 3 feet away. Hmmmm.

I'm not using a Quest but it plays beautifully on my Vive Pro 2 with it's wireless adaptor.

You can play with wire at least on display port, I set up turning on joystick to 90 degrees and smaller rotation using whole body. But If you mean wire by USB I would go with WiFi since USB will be compressing picture as much.
