Flashing Lights + Black boxes BUG
Does anyone else whenever they see an enemy or a cutscene, see those weirds flashing lights?
I didnt pay that much attention to it (its blinding me overtime), but i couldnt even play any further when i saw one of those big monsters, but i couldnt even see what or who it was because there were a LOT of flashing lights coming from it, i was close to having a seizure over there, i dont even know how i killed it but that made me stop playing this as im very sick now.

With normal enemies it was waay less, it was annoying, but it became UNPLAYABLE with the bigger monsters

Are you talking about the radiation sickness effect? Did you hear the Geiger counter? Try wearing a mask and checking the filter.

Someone wrote that it appears only with AA off but I can't confirm.

yes the white glowy things appears essentialy for me on people's face or hair and hands ( I guess there's somethng wrong with the skin) so far but I won't go anyfurther in game with that visual bug around ! ( it happened when I was using my pimax crystal light, but during the first 20 minutes I did not have that bug with the g2 but I did not unlock the flaslight at that moment !

It is not corelated to flashlight I saw them early in game, they seem to appear only when NPCs are present on main station.

I think it is always located on the skin of various NPCS https://youtu.be/G0tfJ77WHzA

no it's off and when I played with the reverb g2 for my first recording it was also off and no problem on any NPC but I did not unlock the flash light with the g2 by then

I'm glad someone else pointed it out. I was getting these random white flashes all over the place to the point it was almost making me sick. That and other visual issues even though I have a 4090 with the game maxed out. This game isn't ready for prime time.

Just an FYI that might help some people until the devs do their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ job and fix this issue that I am sure they were aware of, I managed to solve this flashing lights issue by turning down shadows to low, then back to ultra. Don't know if it's luck or something, but when I do it it fixes the issue for that run. Corth a try for you guys, I refuse to play with the super blurry TAA that doesb't face this issue.

They claim they fixed the glowing problems with their hotfix published yesterday.
Is that true ? ( I only have 24 minutes left before asking a refund and their autodsave system prohibits me to start where it occured for me) If anyone can confirm it's gone ?
Thanks a lot.

No, it's not fixed and it's FXAA-related. You need to switch back to TAA, using this fix to make it less blurry: https://steamcommunity.com/app/2669410/discussions/0/4634860913217835979/

But I have no anti aliasing activated how come the fxaa could trigger that glow on NPC's ?
