Stick deadzone/drift
I'm currently unable to play because my thumb sticks are drifting. Moving forward v slowly and turning left. Other games are fine, I've tried changing the deadzone in Steam VR and Mix Reality Portal but the game seems to ignore these settings. Maybe it's a Reverb G2 compatibility thing. Anyone else playing on the G2 or have an idea of how to fix?

I have HP Reverb G2 and I have similar issues, in my case hovering right when standing still.

Reverb G2 i have a very slow forwards walk/drift.

Reverb G2 V2 here and same issue, slightly rotating/drifting to the right. If I set SteamVR as the OpenXR Runtime it doesn't have any drifting but the performance is way worse the using the WMR OpenXR Runtime.
Hopefully this can get resolved.

Common issue with reverb g2 when using native openxr. The sticks have no default deadzone and way too sensitive. It needs to be fixed in the game

Same. I was looking forward to it. And as far as I can tell, the controls work. It just has a stick drift issue that is impossible. I'm ready to refund it soon, if they don't address it fast.

Habe dasselbe Problem mit meiner HP Reverb G2, zieht zur Seite. Passiert nicht bei Arizona 2 o.ä.!

Finally i found the Solution! Just download this file https://github.com/maluoi/openxr-explorer/releases/tag/v1.4 an switch from WMR to Steam VR. Now i love this game!

Had the same problem in much games when i used a Samsung Odyssee +.
In other games than Metro, so i did set the DeadZone-Option in WMR to 0.25.

Steamvr settings:
Go into edit controller settings. (custom)
Go to the thumbstick section.
Click on the pencil to edit the settings.
Click on the gear to the right after.
Then set the deadzone, max field of movement or zone or whatever, and the rate of increase (whatever its called).

Do this for each specific game as needed.
Its a bit of a procedure, but This often works way better than the option on the main menu for deadzone settings.
I find configuring the controller settings and buttons in steamvr settings one of the harder things to get used to but it works

The thumbsticks on the index are too weak and they should not double as buttons. When moving around you apply stress to the stick in different ways and the thumbstick cant handle it.

I also broke my first index in half sebding it though the wall with my hand. Your mortal flesh and blood hand is actually stronger than the controller is!

Hopefully this works with other controllers because with some games this is the only way to make the deadzone work.

OR..... stop making games exclusive to motion controllers.

Gamepads are easy to replace.

This should be fixed by devs, peoples paying premium price for the game shouldn't have to research and fix it themselves
