Can't pass the data collect agreement

You have to click accept or refuse and I tried every single button on my controllers nothing does it. Anyone? I have a HMD Odyssey +

i am having the same issue on the valve index. the onscreen cursor does not track my headset. I put in a ticket with support so we shall see if they respond in time for my extra money spent trying to play early is worth it.

I can actually see my controller point on the options but buttons do nothing

Yeah, me and someone else in another thread have this issue too. I'm using a Pico 4 with Virtual Desktop. edit: to be clear, I mean the OP's exact issue, the confirm/deny selections both being faded out and non-selectable

For me, if I raise my head, they become selectable, the issue is that I just can't click

Okay this made me try again and wow, I figured it out. I just had to be looking at one very precise vertical angle to make the buttons selectable. That's crazy. I hope you get yours working too.

I'm having the same issue. I'm able to reach the decline/accept buttons and angle my headset to highlight them but none of the buttons on the controller work to make a selection (Odyssey+). They make a 'click' noise when I highlight over them but nothing else.

*Could there be a way to deal with this screen via a config file?

you have to wait a while for the accept button to be usable.. I think you guys have another issue but it doesn't help that you have to wait like 30 seconds.. there should be a countdown or something

Try moving back a bit and make sure the button is central in your vision

From steam home in VR click on the game as if to launch then go to details then the controller icon and enable steam input then try restarting the game ... this worked for me!

So it has to do with my placement? Because I can select the button but clicking it doesn't work
