You might want to specify what you class as high refresh rate and at what resolution, but I'd be surprised if you couldn't given you might have to drop the resolution down from full depending on the headset used.

An old 5700XT I used to use could play VR games at around 50-60fps at the average, so unless Awakening has some god-awfully high VRAM need for its max graphics settings, a 4070TI should handle it hella smoothly. Only thing I can think of is if they Put in Raytracing and all that stuff. But at that point, there'll 'Probably' be DLSS
