platinum edition?

in trying to understand what's going on with the two different copies of the game on the store (this one, which is no longer available in-store; and the one that is available in-store) i've come to learn that it is so due to being released by two different publishers

and yet, i can find no answer anywhere on whether or not this is the 'platinum' edition as is mentioned in the description for the one that is available. since this one is no longer so in the store, there's no way to see what the description was before it was taken off..

would anyone please enlighten me and/or anyone else who reads this, hoping for the same answer?
