fc25 frame dropping and lagging

Why is my game very laggy in the main interface, the moment the game starts it drops to 1-2 frames so it looks like a black screen, and the game is also stuck and unplayable, my gpu usage has been fluctuating between 30-70, that is, 30 per cent of the time when it becomes very laggy, can someone please help me!

Does your FPS still show 60 or 75 but the screen lags ?

Like the image is sluggish and feels at a few FPS for 1-2 seconds ?

Does your FPS still show 60 or 75 but the screen lags ?

Like the image is sluggish and feels at a few FPS for 1-2 seconds ?

Yes there is some delay, it may get stuck first and then show 1-3FPS

I think this might be because of their servers.

I have the same thing happen but my FPS doesn't drop down from 75 FPS - i just feel lag and the screen lags for like 1-2 seconds at the start of matches and sometimes even during matches if it's like super fast passing.

Maybe it could be an optimisation issue as the game was playable when it was first released and after a certain update it became completely unplayable, but thank you!
