1) Go into nvidia control panel -> manage 3d settings -> Program settings
2) Click add and select EA SPORTS FC 25(fc25.exe) and click on add selected program button on the bottom
After this select following options:
1) Low Latency Mode - Ultra(I don't really know if this is necessary but I have it selected globally since I have g-sync monitor. It also worked for someone who does not have g-sync monitor)
2) Max Frame Rate - 60fps(You can try increasing this but on my laptop even though I can get 90 fps constantly it stutters, on 60 fps I don't get stutters)
3) Vertical Sync - On(If you have G-Sync compatible monitor, off if you don't)
After this turn on the game and go into display settings and turn off vertical sync and set max frame rate to "Uncapped". This should fix most of the client side lagging/stuttering
You can try the same with AMD. The only important thing that seems necessary is to limit fps inside nvidia/amd control panel instead of in-game.
