HELP! My win didn't count!

I just played a Rivals match and won 6:2. It was the victory I needed to finally get promoted again to Division 3.
But after the final whistle and during the cutscene where the players are leaving the pitch, the game suddenly went straight to the menu, and I got a message saying that I had quit the game early. I did nothing wrong, i pressed no button or anything.
Now it’s being counted as a loss, with a penalty. WTF?!

Did my opponent have something to do with this? What happened here? And who do I need to contact to get my earned win and finally get into Division 3? The game must have saved the stats somewhere, showing that I played a 6:2 match and stayed until the end (92nd minute). This is so unfair... theres not even a replay function, what is EA thinking?!

But why does this happen? Was it the games fault or did my opponnent do something like a glitch?
