FC25 WONT LAUNCH

It's now 6 months since I bought Fc25 ultimate edition. I pre ordered it two weeks before. The game has never launched, it just indicates, preparing the game later brings a message "unknown error "

Have tried everything, anti cheat, repair, verification of game files, updating drivers, uninstall and install and my PC meets all requirements but still it can't launch. I need help

I have the same issue. I updated my Windows and Nvidia Drivers. Disabled Antivirus and Firewall. Uninstalled the game and Install it again. Files Verified. All the tricks that were suggested are tried and still the game won't launch. Any further suggestions?

I took long trying to find a way. They refused because it was after a 14 day period.
