cpu usage since the last update 4

did anyone find any soul for the cpu usage i was completlyyy playing the game so smoth in but since the update 4 the game change to a unplayable the cpu usage go to 99 and its make it keep freezing and delay all the match in any mode i play
fix the game on pc

Its Nvidia driver. I just roll back to nvidia driver 561.09 released when EA came out in september.
The game feel much better and if u play wiht cross play off, it no more suttering
