FC25 does not open

Since a week ago, FC25 does not open, when I start it from Steam, EA opens the small screen of FC25, which does not load, it thinks for a while and at the end the game never starts. I have watched 10000000 videos on YouTube and nothing. I don't want a refund, I want to play.

i have the same issue i tried uninstalling the ea app didn't work if u find sth keep me posted
