Controller not working in rivals fc25

My controller is not working in fc 25 in online modes like division rivals and fut champs. I'm noy sure what is happening. I have tried many troubleshooting and many solutions but nothing works it will only play for dew seconds and then stops working. Does any have permanent solution for this issue? My graphic card is 1050 Ti
