stutter/lag/100% cpu anti-cheat fix

-delete all files in C:\Program Files\EA\AC (just the 4 files)
-start the game and when the anticheat window pops out, close it immediately. (it will automatically create the four files inside the AC folder)
-go back to C:\Program Files\EA\AC, you will see old date files (11.07), right click, properties and select read-only attributes
