"Could not retrieve online information" After EVERY Pro Clubs game
Widespread issue happening to many users out there including many people I play with. Most annoying this ever that EA refuses to address. Have tried ALL the steps below to resolve this but still continues even after the most recent title update (3/13/25). Will also note, no other game I play every has server connection issues like this.

Problem: Having to restart the game after EVERY Pro Clubs match.

What I tried so far:
-Reinstalled game.
-Set FC25.exe and EA AntiCheat.exe to 'allow an app' through Windows Defender.
-Verified game integrity files.
-Removed as many people as I can on EA friends list (only 6 showing in-game).
-Run EA Anti-cheat.exe as admin.
-Run EAFC25.exe as admin.
-Changed language in FC 25 Settings to different language, then back to original (worked for a couple of games, but still consistent problem the next day).
-Flushed DNS.
-Reset Network Settings in Windows.
-Launched game through Steam, and EA app.
-Signed out of EA app, signed back in.

Anyone else got ideas? I work ias an IT Sys Admin so this even has me stumped on what it could be. Thought of everything I could think of.

Do you set your firewall settings manually or automatically? Are any services blocked? Amazon, Google, etc.

Do you use any mods for the game?

Personally, I always run the eaapp as administrator, but I don't think that will solve your problem.

Have you tried some more games in a row? Or always close the game when you get that failure? For me this message is pretty rare, maybe once in a month. I just keep playing when i get that message.

Which language do you use in the settings?

Have you tried it with a new profile in fifa? Sometimes the settings file is bugged.

It's always after each pro clubs game. Firewall is on private but FC25 and anti cheat are allowed through it.

If I delete my EA profile, does that delete my player?

I deleted my profile settings already as well.

Yeah i meant your fifa profile settings, not the ea profile.

You said it worked for a few days when you changed the language. Sounds weird. So i would guess a profile problem or a problem with the language you have selected. Do you use a special language that nobody uses?

Regarding your firewall, do you block any common services like Denuvo? Sure i know, nobody wants them but many games need it.

hopefully it even has a solution, been this way for me since day one no matter what i change. the server issues come and go with each update. this last update made every pro clubs match have internet connection errors. literally every one.

No I use English. I saw online on a YouTube video the OP changed their language from English to a different one, saved, then back to English and somehow it randomly worked but only for a day before it came back consistently
