did not receive DLC content

I bought the ultimate edition but I didn't receive any of the DLC content, from fc points to coins packs, ambassador loan items etc. I have contacted EA support and they told me to contact Steam regarding the same as I've bought the game from here. I'm feeling helpless at this moment as I can not contact Steam, there's no customer support chat provided for it and neither EA is providing me any help, what's the point of buying a game putting in so much money where I can't even have the thing why i bought it for?


Anyone please help? Please guide me or help me regarding this. Thanks

I would like to tell you Jack that you will need to click “Redeem Ultimate Edition” in the Steam client to get your content.

To redeem it click the game in your library and then on its page you will see a big green button (usually where the start or install game button would be)

I received 250 000 coins for clubs, but not the 4600 fifa points.

And I have the edition ultimate activated in dlc. So i dont know what's going on.

I have claimed the items but it's not showing in game, none of the UT items are showing, fifa points, ambassador loan packs, nothing. So i need help with that

And I think we both are facing the same issue right now

It's right next to the play button, u can claim your DLC from there, but my issues is that I have claimed it but didn't receive anything

I just received my fifa point after logging in to Ultimate Team. So i guess i'm good now.

ps : outside of EA support or Steam support, I don't know how you could resolve this issue. :(

Hey guys, having the same issue, but no button to redeem the UE bonus... EA says "contact Steam Support", Steam says "Contact Publisher"... any solutions for you?
