Optimization Problem

I have a quality pc and yet gameplay doesn’t feel smooth i try a lots of settings but I couldn’t solve
Is there anyone have the same problem, what’s the issue and how can i solve it pls help guys ?

Same thing bro. The game has a horrible optimization that I can't even play, apart from the online games which have an absurd delay in the controls.

yeah bro even offline kick off's its stuttering and yet i say i do have rtx 2060 and i5 12400 with 16 gb ram but i cant play smoothly

same. I have a Ryzen 5 3600, RTX 3060 TI and 32 GB RAM, but there is still no configuration that solves it. I tested it on low, auto, high, ultra, the performance is exactly the same.

Try in Widows Settings > System > Display > Graphic > Default graphic settings:

Hardware acceleration GPU scheduling ON.
Variable refresh rate ON.
Optimisation for windowed games ON.
My spec:
Ryzen 5 7600x
RAM 32GB
RTX 2070 SUPER

are u getting cutscene stutter still , im getting it slightly but not as bad as last years game
