how to fix input delay (at least for me)

Testing this morning playing rush, no more heavy gameplay and input delay (or just the server is not much crowded this morning?)

gameplay and menu smooth like baby ass

FPS is boosted from before always 60 but feel like 30-40, right now i can get 90fps just like in fc setting

What i do from the list:
1. Nvidia control panel thing
2. Reinstal/download new graphic driver
3. Turn off reaction time modifier in setting

In Nvidia Control Panel:

Go to "Adjust image settings with preview"

Select "Use my preference emphasizing" => move the slider towards "Performance".

Go to "Manage 3D settings"

Choose "Program Settings" => add "fc25.exe" (if not present) => scroll to "Power management mode" => choose "Prefer maximum performance" => scroll to "Texture filtering - Quality" => "High performance".

Apply all changes then exit.

Open "system configuration" by hitting Windows key then typing "msconfig":

Under General tab, select "Selective startup" then tick the three checkboxes.

Under Services tab, "select Enable all" => Hide all Microsoft services => Disable all

Under Services tab, enable only Nvidia and EA processes

Press Apply then Restart your PC

In FC 25:

Choose your desired graphic configuration based on your PC specs. (Basically DONOT go over 1920x1080 resolution)

Turn off all play styles indicators.

Turn off all Hypermotion effects.

Hopefully, this will help others.

this bug is stuttering or jerky effect (not related to fps) which made the game run not smoothly even in high FPS and sometimes may cause delay input also, it's known as a critical issue on FC24 after an unknown title update. And they haven't (or can't) fixed it yet in FC24, so FC25 will be affected too (cuz they're same source code). The only solution as far as I known that you have to delete the Settings folder (...\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25) everytime launch game, then go to game settings turn on Vsync & Window Boderless
