error with sponsor kits

hey guys , i have a problem with my fc25 om my pc
i cant see the sponsor on kit some clubs , ( half club in premier league and other leauge )
it just happen that when i play it online
if i play offline its comes up
i dont know why , i have reset the orginal setup of game but still not work
anyone could help me solve this problem
its really disapointed
