Cant purchase FC points

Trying to purchase FC points with wallet balance, every time I press authorize I get please wait... and then nothing happens it just go back to the store with no points added

cant buy with steam wallet only with EA wallet

Same problem , but not all player get it , some of my friends can purchase FC points with steam wallet , so i don't undersatnd ...

Hey i have the same problem i tried to put 135euros of fc points and it doesn't work but when i try 89,99 i get instantly the point and even the 44,99 and 22,49 don't work for me

After some research, for me the problem was that the controller was not set as player 1 (I had the blue cursor) because my keyboard appeared as both keyboard AND controller. I had to disable my keyboard in the PC's devices to fix the issue, and it worked. My controller finally appears as player 1 with the red cursor, and it worked!

Please try the following:

Log out completely from your Steam account (Steam > Exit) and close your internet browser as well to ensure that all pending purchases are canceled.

Log back into your Steam account and start the game.

Also, make sure that the Steam overlay is enabled.

Open Steam, click on "Steam" in the top left corner, then on "Settings," and afterward on "In-Game."

Check the box "Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game" and click "OK."

Please try again to complete the transaction afterward.

Added the right amount to my steam accound to get the 12k FC point bundle, it wouldnt let me do it. Restarted steam and PC, still didnt work. Went down to the next bundle and it let me buy it. Went to go buy it again, then that one doesn't work.

First thought it was because I didnt have enough in my steam wallet since it was exact change so maybe it was a glitch there. Added $5 and it still doesn't work. EA blows man...
